About Shelley

Shelley originally trained as an artist. In 2003, Shelley joined her brother in running award winning property management company Michael Laurie Magar Ltd. She retrained as a Business Psychologist in 2016.

Regarded as a leader in the residential property management industry, Shelley is a dedicated advocate for workplace wellbeing, with years of experience working and collaborating with organisations, including The Property Institute.

Passionate about helping individuals and organisations thrive, Shelley’s diverse expertise allows her to offer tailored support for personal and professional growth.

Shelley Jacobs is a Certified Business Psychologist, cognitive behavioural coach, mental health first aider, and psychometrician.

In 2025, Shelley was awarded a fellowship with The Property Institute for her continued services to the Industry. She also won the Property Professional Award at the News on The Block Property Management Awards.

In 2026, Shelley won a highly commended award for Professional of the Year at the Doyenne International Womens Day Conference.
